its another year (soon)
ok.. in a few more days, it will be a start of the new yr again (~ey wait, izit it alr 2008!! haha.. of cos i mean the lunar new yr lah!!) but this yr will be abit diff... no new yr for us
my granny passed away juz last yr, so chinese believe that a yr or 3 after ur family members passed on, we cannot celebrate the lunar new yr.. so this yr no red red n no nice nice deco in the house.. there is oso no need for me to pack my room n buy new clothes... saved up quite a bit (~like real lor, b4 new yr alr spent a bomb le!!) haha.. anyway, we oso cannot eat 团圆饭.
moreover my parents went to taiwan for the new yr so no family reunion... they flew off this noon.. going for 7 days with xiao gu n family...
talking abt mmy mum going to taiwan,haha, how can i miss the chance of asking her to buy things.. yibbidabadoo...hehe.... wrote her a short list of things to buy, such as flat boots, high cut canvas shoes, NEWSPAPERS (cos aunty cf juz had her 年度大戏《八仙传奇之何仙姑》performed at 高雄，so i asked her to get me newspaper articles on the performance... ), then still got the animated movie (cartoon dvd) that she did a voice over for...
i'll oso be going to korea after the new year with my company for the incentive trip... haven go alr spent so much... it is suposed to be the coldest month of winter... then GOD knows how afraid of cold i am...so i got to make sure i got enuff clothings to keep me warm there.... ok well we have seen the itinerary.. not bad sia... will be flying off on the 22nd feb... once we touch down, we will actually proceed to the SKI RESORT!!... wakaka.... will be seeing snow there for the first time in my life!!! regarding this trip, i'll update again once i have further info...hehe
